Mark Lawless has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. From 2018 to present, they have been the Head of Risk and Compliance at Fónua Ltd. In the same company, they also served as the Head of Customer Relationship and Operations from 2018 to present. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Jomark Management Consultants Ltd from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were the Owner of Munster Tool Company from 2017 to 2022. Mark Lawless also gained experience working at hmv Ireland & Xtra-vision Ltd from 2004 to 2016, where they served as a Business Development Manager and Retail Operations and Communications Manager. Mark started their career as an Area Manager at the same company from 2004 to 2008. Before joining hmv Ireland & Xtra-vision Ltd, they worked as a General Manager at Thomas Reid Group from 1998 to 2004. Mark started their career as an Operations Manager at PUBS IRLANDESES SL from 1995 to 1998.
Mark Lawless graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1990 with a focus on Natural Sciences. In 2021, they obtained a Professional Diploma in Change Management from the UCD Professional Academy at the University College Dublin. Mark is currently pursuing a certification in QMS ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from the IQC, with an expected completion date in 2023.
