Jenny Ryan, CHES®, is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in nutrition education and community health. Currently serving as the Director of Community Health at the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC since November 2018, Jenny has implemented nutrition education curriculums across a 34-county service area, developed materials for the Healthy Pantry Program, and coached over 50 partners in effective nutrition programming. Previously, as Nutrition Education Coordinator at the Lowcountry Food Bank from August 2016 to November 2018, Jenny coordinated the Cooking Matters program, managed volunteer recruitment and training, and fostered relationships with local food pantries and universities. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education from James Madison University.
