Barry Mc Bride is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in culinary arts and engineering. Currently serving as a Clinical Product Developer at FoodMarble since October 2020, Barry has previously held roles such as Sous Chef at 3FE Coffee / Gertrude and Chef at My Boy Blue. Barry's entrepreneurial spirit is evident through ownership of Plan B Burgers and DYNE Killarney. Additionally, Barry possesses engineering expertise, having worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Stryker and a Mechanical Engineer at PM Group. Barry's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health from University College Dublin, a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Dublin City University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin, complemented by culinary training at Ballymaloe Cookery School.
