Judith Tubil

Judith Tubil is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership. Currently serving as Director of People & Culture at foodpanda since August 2019, Judith drives employee engagement and organizational development through collaboration across various business teams. Prior to this role, Judith was Vice President of Human Resources at Yondu, Inc., overseeing HR strategies aligned with business goals, including succession planning and talent management. Judith's career also includes a managerial position at Wallem Innovative Solutions, where recognition was received for outstanding performance, and a foundational role at Canon Marketing (Philippines), Inc. as part of the pioneering HR team. Judith holds degrees from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
