Rachael O'Brien, MSW, currently serves as a Success Manager at Foothold Technology since September 2022. Previously, Rachael held various roles at Collaborative Support Programs of NJ Inc. from September 2014 to September 2022, including Director of Corporate Compliance, Compliance Manager, and Corporate Compliance Specialist, along with responsibilities as an MSW Student Intern. Key contributions at this organization included developing HIPAA training, creating policies for field mobile device usage, and coordinating community integration activities. Rachael also gained experience as a BSW Intern at Bergen Regional Medical Center, where responsibilities involved co-facilitating treatment groups and managing patient intake processes. Rachael earned a Master of Social Work degree focusing on Leadership and Macropractice from Fordham University and obtained a Bachelor of Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
