Rick W. is an experienced professional with a strong background in procurement and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement, Systems and Processes at United Animal Health since February 2018, Rick focuses on enhancing operational efficiency in the animal nutrition sector. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions at Eli Lilly and Company, including Senior Manager of Procurement and Global Sourcing Consultant, managing substantial sourcing responsibilities and supplier relationships. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University, a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis.
