Jakub Lubas

Jakub Lubas is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Footprint since April 2024. Previously, from February 2019 to March 2024, Lubas held the position of Human Resources Specialist at NGK Ceramics Polska Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities included managing HR processes for the Dąbrowa Górnicza plant, supporting over 1000 employees with personnel administration, and overseeing recruitment activities. Lubas holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Silesia in Katowice and has completed postgraduate studies in Personnel Management and Career Guidance, as well as Influence and Psychology in Business, at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Chorzów.
