Jess Bloom

Jess Bloom is a seasoned professional in People and Culture with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Footsteps, Inc. since April 2021, Jess also held the position of Interim Senior Director of People & Culture. Prior to this role, Jess worked as a People & Culture Consultant and Coach while self-employed from February 2020 to May 2023. Jess's career at Footsteps, Inc. began in December 2017 as the Director of Development, following a similar role at Maloto from September 2015 to December 2017. Jess's experience also includes a position as a Development Officer at the International Crisis Group from February 2015 to August 2015. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Smith College.
