Elizabeth Fernands has been working in the field of Human Resources for over two decades, specializing in compensation & benefits. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst at FIRST since October 2018, where Elizabeth also serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior to that, Elizabeth worked at NH Catholic Charities as a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator from January 2013 to September 2018. Elizabeth started their HR career at Cheshire Medical Center as a Human Resources Support Specialist from May 2011 to January 2013. Elizabeth obtained their education from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1994 to 1998.
