Heath Pearce has a diverse work experience in the soccer industry. Heath started their career as a professional soccer player, playing for various clubs such as FC Nordsjaelland, F.C. Hansa Rostock e.V., FC Dallas, Red Bull New York, Impact de Montréal FC, and IFK Göteborg. After their playing career, they transitioned into the creative field, working at Copa90 as Lead Creative and later as Lead Creative | Talent. Currently, they hold executive positions at For Soccer, serving as the President and previously as the Chief Creative Officer.
Heath Pearce attended the University of Portland from 2002 to 2004, studying Theatre/Theater. Later, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University between 2016 and 2018.
