Daniel Simoncini

Prior to his involvement with the company, Mr. Simoncini held various senior management positions with other entities. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Simoncini was Chief Executive Officer of Technoplus Industries SA, a subsidiary of the French Atomic Bureau (CEA), dealing with nuclear power systems components. From 1982 to 1994, Mr. Simoncini held various positions in Comex group of companies, predecessor to Acergy SA, listed on the NASDAQ. During his career, he managed several offshore construction projects, then lead a deepwater R&D programme and became Vice President of Business Development; he ended up as VP of the EMEA Region. Mr. Simoncini is a Professional Engineer and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ensam University in Paris, France.
