Chasen Richards

Chasen Richards is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Strategy at Forage since June 2025. Prior to this role, Chasen held the position of Chief of Staff at Fathom and worked as an Investment Associate at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Chasen's career began at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities included Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor’s Degree in Government/China and Asia Pacific Studies from Cornell University, complemented by a minor in International Trade and Development, and a brief study in International Studies at Peking University. Additional early career experiences include roles as a Research Assistant at Cornell University, a Business Development Fellow at UVI Research and Technology Park, and an Emerging Markets Research Analyst at BLK Capital Management. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Cornell Business Asia Journal and Director of the Cornell Consulting Club.
