Michael Errera is a Partner at Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff since July 2012, where the focus is on civil litigation, particularly in loss recovery/subrogation, commercial and construction claims, and products liability. Michael has served as lead counsel in 38 jury trials in state and federal courts, managing a wide range of claims including those related to fires, explosions, and structural failures. Prior to this role, Michael was an Attorney at Clausen Miller from September 2001 to July 2012, concentrating on catastrophic losses and serving as first chair in 36 jury trials across the nation. Michael also gained experience as an Attorney at Meade, Engelberg & Associates from November 1998 to October 2001 with a record of first chair in 28 jury trials, successfully defending against claims involving significant injuries and insurance issues. Academically, Michael holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Emory University.
