Currently serving as a Manager CAE Crash at Force Motors Ltd since February 2020, Mangesh also holds positions as Project Manager at Applus+ IDIADA and Associate Project Manager at both Altran India and Pricol Technologies. Previous roles include Project Lead at Applus+ IDIADA, where responsibilities included full vehicle crash analysis and structural development for Tata Motors, and CAE Analyst positions at Grupo Antolin and TECOSIM Group, focusing on dynamic simulations and crash analysis for major automotive clients. Mangesh holds a Master of Science in Computational Engineering from Ruhr University Bochum and has a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Business Administration.
