Jeff Timbs

Jeff Timbs serves as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development at Forcepoint since August 2017, having previously held the position of Senior Director in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Enterprise Strategy at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed strategic planning and business development. Timbs also worked as a Business Development Manager at Total Practice IT, contributing to service creation in the healthcare sector. Earlier roles include Director of Marketing at Freescale Semiconductor, Director of Systems Architecture at Agere Systems, and various engineering positions at Motorola, Pulsecom, and Alcatel. Timbs holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Master’s in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
