Julie Martinez

Julie Martinez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Corporate HR Business Partnering at Forcepoint since March 2020, Julie previously held the position of Vice President of People at Serenova, a cloud-based software company, from January 2019 to March 2020. At Forcepoint LLC from July 2014 to January 2019, Julie directed Human Resources operations for the Americas, collaborating with international partners. Earlier roles include Human Resources Generalist at Austin Radiological Association and Director of Human Resources at Boeing, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR functions for large organizations. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Christian University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
