Lionel Menchaca

Lionel Menchaca is a seasoned content marketing and technical writing specialist currently employed at Forcepoint since January 2020, where responsibilities include writing technical content and managing promotional strategies. Previously, Lionel held the role of Senior Digital Communications and Content Manager, leading the company's content strategy and digital marketing efforts. As the founder and principal of TechWords.org since July 2019, services have been provided to tech industry clients such as Dell EMC and WP Engine. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Corporate & Strategy at THE WEISSCOMM GROUP, where interactive training projects were developed, and as Chief Blogger and Global Content Operations Lead at Dell, where the content operations team was expanded significantly. Lionel began a career in media relations at Dell and has also worked briefly as a tour guide at the Texas State Capitol. Lionel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology from The University of Texas at Austin.
