CJ T. is a Technology Fellow at the Ford Foundation since May 2024, previously serving as the Social Justice Strategy Lead at Esri from May 2018 to May 2024, where CJ developed equitable tech practices. CJ also acted as a Consultant for Racial Equity & Social Justice, collaborating with various organizations and governments to address historical divestment and support community needs. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Statistician at the United Nations Statistics Division, focusing on data ethics and demographic methods, and as a Data Science Fellow at Microsoft, specializing in AI ethics and accessibility. CJ's academic background includes a Master of Science in Public Policy Analysis from New York University, a Master of Science in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management & Analytics from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with a Data Analytics Certificate from the University of California, San Diego.
