Caryn Rainey

Caryn Rainey is the Chief Human Resources Officer at FordDirect. In this role, she is focused on employee relations and compensation, management development, performance management and recruiting.

Prior to joining FordDirect in 2013, Caryn spent five years at MXM Health as the senior vice president of operations and administration where she was promoted twice within four years. Her responsibilities included developing strategies that prepared MXM Health's workforce to achieve agency goals and deliver high-quality client solutions. She also managed project operations, human resources, IT and office and facility services.

Previously, Caryn worked for Market Strategies International, IAC, Woolpert and PMH Caramanning, Inc.

Caryn holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications and public relations from Miami University in Ohio, and has earned Senior Professionals in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
