Penny Oates

Penny’s teaching career has included headships of two Pre-Prep schools, as well as being the founding Head of The Perse Pelican Nursery and Pre-Prep in Cambridge, a position she held for 13 years.

Until recently Penny was a member of the Independent Schools Inspectorate and has worked in the USA for a branch of OFSTED. She has been a member of the IAPS Pre-Prep Advisory Group and the IAPS Education Committee.
