Matteo Mascolo is an experienced professional specializing in sustainability, public affairs, and advocacy within various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Lead of Working Group 4 (Biodiversity & Consumption) at the One Planet Network, Matteo collaborates with UNCTAD and UNEP on initiatives related to responsible consumption and biodiversity. Matteo holds a prominent role as Lead of EU Affairs & Engagement at the Forest Stewardship Council, focusing on EU advocacy and policy positions on critical topics such as green finance and climate change. Previous experiences include managing the policy team at the European Venture Philanthropy Association and engagement with the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper. Matteo's educational background includes a Master of Laws in EU Law from the College of Europe, supplemented by various summer courses and programs in international and EU law.
