Rafael Gil-Pérez has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Rafael started their career as an Assistant Director at Pastepan, S.L., where they excelled in managing teams and overseeing budget control and negotiation with creditors. Rafael then worked as a Customer Consultant at Leroy Merlin, where they provided orientation to customers, studied projects, and managed stock and suppliers. Rafael also gained experience as an Export Assistant at Visor Fall Arrest Nets, where they managed international customer accounts, conducted strategic marketing for international markets, and prepared external audits. Rafael then transitioned to Mondraker, where they held positions as a Product Manager and later as a Marketing Manager, responsible for structuring and leading the marketing department, planning marketing strategies and budgets, and coordinating various marketing functions. Rafael also served as a Product and Marketing Teacher at ESUMA Marketing & Business School before joining Forestal, where they took on roles as a Chief Marketing Officer, Brand Manager, Brand Director, General Manager, and finally Chief Executive Officer.
Rafael Gil-Pérez has a diverse education history. Rafael began their studies in 2002 at El Pantio International School of Valencia, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree in Science, completing it in 2004. Rafael then went on to attend Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2005 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering.
In 2015, Rafael enrolled at Universidad de ESUMA - Escuela Superior de Marketing to pursue a Master's degree in International Marketing Management, completing it the same year. In 2016, they further expanded their knowledge by undertaking an Executive program in Product Management at the same institution. With their education in both engineering and marketing, Rafael possesses a solid foundation in various disciplines.

Forestal Bikes is an outstanding project with one clear determination; to gather the best of every area in order to achieve an extraordinary outcome, creating a bike brand that surpasses expectations at all levels. In the pursuit of setting a new benchmark in the industry, the brand will take control of every process involved by designing, engineering, manufacturing and assembling in its proprietary facilities in Andorra. It is not only a matter of delivering a final product to the market, but to do it in a way that the added value perceived by the end consumer is of the highest level. In order to achieve this goal, the project has been settled upon an incredibly talented and experienced group of people coming from different sectors like motorsports, aircraft engineering, IT development and of course the bike industry, as well as being provided with the most innovative and technologically advanced tools and means.
