Batool joined the Forestdale Board in 2021. She is Head of Americas Sustainability Services Ventures at SAP, where she coaches new sustainability-focused ventures and works with clients to help them meet their sustainability targets. Batool has 15+ years of global management experience across the UK, Europe, and the US.
She holds an Executive MBA from Baruch College and Masters in International Affairs from Harvard University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Environmental Studies at Antioch University.

Forestdale’s roots go back 165 years, when a group of women affiliated with a church in Brooklyn founded an industrial school for children, which in 1980 became Forestdale. Forestdale is the only child welfare agency headquartered in Queens, with an exclusive focus on the particular needs of Queens' and Brooklyn communities & families.
