Leah Nation serves as a Senior Staff Battery Engineer at Form Energy since March 2021, after progressing from Staff Battery Engineer. Previously, Leah worked as a Battery Engineer at Amastan Technologies from April 2019 to March 2021 and gained experience as an intern in Battery Systems at General Motors in 2015, focusing on high energy density cathode materials. Earlier roles include Associate Technologist at TIAX, where Leah contributed to advanced battery developments for the Department of Energy and Department of Defense, and a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology, investigating the solubility of fullerenes in polymers. Leah began their career as an Engineer Intern at CH2M HILL in 2008. Leah holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
