Zachariah Norman is an accomplished researcher and development manager with extensive experience in energy storage technologies. Currently serving as the Research And Development Manager at Form Energy since February 2022, Zachariah leads a team focused on developing cell chemistry for long-duration energy storage solutions. Prior to this role, Zachariah held the position of Staff Scientist at Lockheed Martin from September 2015 to February 2022, contributing to the GridStar Flow energy storage product through various technical responsibilities, including experimental design and product specification development. Earlier, as a Senior Scientist and Ph.D. Candidate at Columbia University from September 2010 to August 2015, Zachariah engaged in experimental design, electronic device fabrication, and laboratory management. Zachariah also gained foundational research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Physics, along with two Master's Degrees and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Columbia University.
