Richard Yoo

Richard Yoo has a background in mechanical engineering and data science. Richard has worked in various roles such as Junior QA Engineer, Lead Quality Engineer, Product Manager, and Department Supervisor in companies like Magna International and CJ Rolls Ltd. Currently, Richard is working as a Manager, Implementation & Onboarding in Forma.ai, where Richard leads the implementation of Sales Performance Management platforms for clients. Prior to this, Richard also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, where Richard designed microfluidic devices and supported the development of plastic parts.
