Joanna Moshman is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in fostering partnerships and driving growth across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at FORMEDICS since March 2024, Joanna previously held multiple roles at Figure 1 from April 2014 to August 2024, culminating in the position of Vice President. Joanna played a crucial role in managing investor services at Golden Seeds from November 2010 to March 2014, overseeing a network of accredited angel investors and executing deal-closing processes. Earlier experience includes working at Hudson River HealthCare as a Program Assistant and Youth Health Coordinator, where efforts in fundraising and community health initiatives were emphasized. Joanna began their career as an AmeriCorps Volunteer, implementing a youth academic mentoring program. Joanna holds a BA in Sociology from Skidmore College, earned in 2009.
