Pawel Gurgul

Pawel Gurgul is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and strategic management across various companies in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as CEO at Formika Sp. z o.o. since April 2024, Gurgul previously held CEO roles at MACZFIT and Hortex Group, and general management at PepsiCo, where responsibilities included leading the Board of Directors and providing strategic guidance. Gurgul's extensive experience at PepsiCo Polska encompassed significant sales leadership roles, focusing on commercial strategy and long-term planning. Earlier career achievements include roles at Kraft Foods Polska S.A., where Gurgul managed sales strategy and modern trade operations.
