Hagen Schmidt-Bleker

Hagen Schmidt-Bleker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1994, they started their career as a Vermessungsreserveoffizier in the Bundeswehr, where they served until 1996. Hagen then worked as an Architect at Carpus+Partner from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they became the Geschäftsführer at formitas Gesellschaft für IuK-Technologie mbH, where they stayed until 2017. In 2017, they joined formitas AG as the CEO (Vorstand). In 2020, they took on additional roles, including becoming a member of the Kuratorium at Landesbund für Vogelschutz in Bayern e.V. and an Honorarprofessor für Building Information Modeling at Alanus Hochschule für Kunst und Gesellschaft.

Hagen Schmidt-Bleker obtained their Abitur degree from AFCENT International School in 1994. Hagen then pursued a degree in Architecture and completed their Diplom Ingenieur from RWTH Aachen University in 2002. In 2017, they attended Katholische Fachhochschule Nordrhein-Westfalen Köln and achieved a degree in Systemischer Berater/ Counseller mit Fachverbandsanerkennung DGSF/DGfB, specializing in KatHO Weiterbildung Systemischer Berater.
