Steve Murgo

Steve Murgo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global revenue operations and customer success. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Revenue Operations & Customer Success at Formstack since January 2025 and as an Executive Member at Pavilion since September 2024, Steve previously held senior leadership positions at Semrush, where the development of a 185-person Customer Success & Support division was achieved. Steve has also worked as a fractional RevOps/SalesOps consultant for various industries, notably leading transformations at Kids II and Thryv, where significant improvements in forecasting accuracy and sales integration were realized. Steve’s educational background includes a BA in Accounting from Saint Leo University, complemented by leadership training at the Center For Creative Leadership.
