Doug Gadsby

Doug Gadsby is an experienced Partnerships Manager currently with Formula 1 since January 2025. Prior to this role, Gadsby served as the Commercial Partnerships Manager at the England & Wales Cricket Board from March 2020 to December 2024, where responsibilities included crafting activation strategies and coordinating internal departments to enhance partnership outcomes. Gadsby has a diverse background in marketing and brand management, having worked as a Marketing Manager and Brand Executive for The Hundred. As a co-founder of Eikons Group LLC, Gadsby focused on partnership consulting and strategy development. Gadsby has also held positions in business development and sponsorship activation across various organizations, showcasing a strong skill set in partnership management and marketing. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sports Law & Business from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA.
