Eric Dann is a visionary start-up entrepreneur with extensive experience leading innovation-centric, high-growth organizations.
Often referred to as the “Chief Strategic Officer” of Formulated Solutions and with more than 600 successful product launches, Eric embodies the paradoxical balance of science and marketing. As a trained chemist with a keen eye for branding, his role involves both managing the company’s culture and growth, as well as evaluating technology platforms, new product concepts, market opportunities, and potential joint development or otherwise strategic alliances.
Eric graduated with honors from Indiana University with a B.S. in chemistry and a minor in environmental toxicology. He founded Formulated Solutions while working towards his Ph.D. in natural products chemistry. In 2015, Eric graduated from a three-year OPM Executive Education program at Harvard Business School.
