Erica Peklinsky

Erica Peklinsky is an accomplished process engineer with extensive experience in pharmaceutical and manufacturing environments. Currently serving as Process Engineer II at Formulated Solutions, Erica specializes in new product introduction, project management, pilot blending process development, and process validation for various OTC products. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Process Engineer at Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where oversight of CMO activities and regulatory filings was conducted, as well as process validations and statistical analyses. At Procter & Gamble, Erica authored validation protocols and led quality investigations for beauty manufacturing operations. Early career experiences at Mylan, The Chemours Company, and DuPont provided a solid foundation in cleaning validation, process hazard analysis, and operational standardization. Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University.
