Mani Namasivayam, MS, MBA, currently serves as Vice President & General Manager at Formulated Solutions, a role commenced in June 2025. Previously, Namasivayam held similar positions at Wedgewood Pharmacy and spent over a decade at Sanofi, where notable achievements included doubling revenue within five years and significantly enhancing operational productivity. With a strong foundation in project execution and supply chain optimization, Namasivayam led teams to achieve substantial growth, including $250M in annual revenue and a remarkable 100% increase in product demand within six months. Educational qualifications include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and an MS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathiar University.
