Renee Nelson

Renee Nelson is an experienced formulation scientist with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the I&D Principal Formulation Scientist at Formulated Solutions since August 2012, Renee specializes in the development of topical OTC, pharmaceutical, and personal care products. Prior to this role, Renee worked at Estee Lauder for over 20 years, where responsibilities included managing and training chemists, developing innovative skincare products, and formulating over 100 treatment formulas for multiple prestigious brands. Earlier experience includes roles as a Crew Chief at McDonald's and a temporary lab technician. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stony Brook University and studies at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
