Stefan Kesselheim currently serves as the Head of the AI Consultants team at Forschungszentrum Jülich since September 2020. Previously, Stefan Kesselheim was a Senior Software Engineer at StreetScooter GmbH from July 2017 to September 2020, focusing on developing autonomous applications in logistics within a Linux/open source environment. Prior roles include Project Leader at EUtech Scientific Engineering GmbH, where project management in data analytics for the automotive and energy industries was emphasized, and Project Engineer in Mechanical Simulation at FEV GmbH, where Stefan Kesselheim worked on gear train simulations for internal combustion engines. Academic experience includes a researcher position at the University of Stuttgart, concentrating on computational soft matter physics and High-Performance Computing methods, as well as roles at RWTH Aachen University as a research assistant and student researcher. Stefan Kesselheim holds a Diplom in Physics from RWTH Aachen University.
