Ove Haukåssveen

Ove Haukåssveen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate management, civil engineering, and business development. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Forsvarsbygg since February 2023, Ove oversees a portfolio of real estate and critical infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's strategies and enhancing security measures. Previously, Ove held the position of Director of Real Estate at Boligbygg Oslo KF, leading sustainable development projects, and served as CEO at AIM Norway, managing a workforce of over 400 employees. Ove has also held various leadership roles in organizations such as Belgium Engine Center, Xwire AS, and Telenor, demonstrating a solid track record in operational performance, strategic planning, and team leadership. Ove is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Management and Development at Heriot-Watt University.
