Dani Sherman, CUDE, has extensive professional experience as a Digital Content Strategist and Technology Training & Development Specialist at Fort Community Credit Union since March 2013, where additional roles included IT & Marketing Specialist and Teller. Since August 2021, Dani has served as a Color Guard Instructor for Elmbrook Schools, guiding the BCHS Marching Band through several performances. Dani also has a background in dog training, working as a Solo Dog Trainer and Assistant Dog Trainer at Lake Mills Veterinary Clinic since December 2015. Previous instructional roles in Color Guard and Winter Guard include positions in multiple school districts, highlighting a commitment to music education and performance. Dani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, with an emphasis on Information Technology and Digital Marketing.

FCCU has been growing roots in Southeast Wisconsin since 1940 when employees of Moe Light, in Fort Atkinson, pooled their paychecks together to begin the credit union. Since then the credit union has expanded with branches located in Jefferson, Whitewater and Watertown. Although our name has changed a few times since 1940, our commitment to our members has not. We are at all times invested in you, with you, for you. That commitment we have made to our membership has shown in our growth. Today, we have over 22,000 members and five branches at your service. We credit our growth not only to our commitment to our members, but to our cooperative roots of neighbors helping neighbors. As a credit union, we are a cooperative financial institution and we base our decisions on our owners. Who owns the credit union? Our members do. Every member has the same share, the same say, no matter how much money is in their account. If you're a member, you're an owner- it's as simple as that.
