Alexia Brewster has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 with an internship at Together Colorado where they assisted organizers with various tasks. In 2014, they worked at Crossways Camping Ministries as a Canteen Coordinator and Support Staff, managing the camp store and supporting camp counselors. From 2015 to 2016, they held positions at Volunteer Action Center and Wartburg College Study Abroad Office, where they developed relationships with community organizations and assisted students in preparing for study abroad experiences. In 2016, they joined College Possible as a Community Partners Team Member, responsible for planning large-scale events. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at Penn State Abington, starting as an Admissions Counselor and later becoming the Assistant Director of First Year Admissions, leading recruitment efforts, overseeing communications, and organizing admissions events. Currently, they work at Forté Foundation as a Program Manager.
Alexia Brewster completed their education at Penn State Great Valley from 2020 to 2022, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they attended Wartburg College from 2012 to 2016 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Peace & Justice Studies. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Leading in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" from Penn State Great Valley in December 2022.
