Chris Mentzer has an extensive background in robotics, holding various leadership positions in different organizations. Currently, they are the Vice President of Applied Robotics at RRAI. Prior to this, they founded Advanced Robotics LLC and worked at Southwest Research Institute for many years in roles such as Assistant Director, Manager, Group Leader, Senior Research Engineer, and Research Engineer. They also served on the Advisory Committee for SPE Unmanned Systems (USYS) Technical Section and on the Board of Directors for National Advanced Mobility Consortium (NAMC). Chris holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
