Jamie Gewirtz is an experienced engineering and technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Platform Integration at Forterra since November 2024. Previously, Jamie held key roles at Ghost Robotics, including Vice President of Engineering and Head of Engineering Project Management from June 2022 to August 2024. Prior to that, Jamie was with Portescap for seven years, ultimately achieving the title of Director of R&D. Jamie's career began at Micro Interventional Devices as a Design Engineer and also included a role as Lead Engineer at Kerathin LLC. Jamie's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Engineering Robotics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Kenyon College. Early research experience was gained at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania’s Haptics Lab, contributing to innovative projects in robotics and medicine.
