Leonid Sapronov is currently a Principal Engineer at RRAI, where he works on designing and testing autonomous navigation algorithms and small robot technology demonstrators. Prior to this, he held engineering positions at Orbital Sciences Corporation and Robotic Research, focusing on integration and testing of on-board sensors and avionics for unmanned vehicles. Leonid completed his Master's degree in Aero/Astro Engineering at Stanford University after earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University. Additionally, he interned at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company in 2002.
