Marcus Pannier has been working in the technology industry since 1999. Marcus started their career with IBM Deutschland GmbH, where they held various roles including Business Unit Executive Enterprise & Industry Sales, Sales Director for Automotive, Manufacturing & High Tech, and Key Account Management. Marcus also had the responsibility of Finance & Product Pricing for IBM Personal Systems Group in Central Region (DACH). In 2012, they moved to Heiler Software AG as SVP EMEA, where they were responsible for Heiler business in EMEA. In 2013, they joined Informatica as Vice President Digital Transformation Solutions (Cloud, Big Data/IoT, MDM) for Asia-Pacific & Japan, and Vice President Specialist and Solution Sales for Asia-Pacific & Japan (Cloud, DIH, MDM / PIM, VDS). In 2018, Marcus joined SAP as COO & Head of Cloud Business, Platform & Technology Group, Middle & Eastern Europe, and Senior Vice President, Head of Leonardo & Analytics for Middle and Eastern Europe. Marcus also worked as an Advisor for RLClub. In 2019, they joined IFS as Geschäftsführer, Managing Director DACH. Currently, they are working for Forterro and abas ERP as President Central Europe and Geschäftsführer / General Manager, respectively.
Marcus Pannier obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Economics from the Berufsakademie Berlin between 1996 and 1999.
