Paul Smolinski

Paul Smolinski has over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting. Paul began their career in 1986 as an Audit Senior with Ernst & Young. In 1990 they moved to Compaq Computer as a Finance Director. In 2002, they were appointed as Group Financial Director with Innovation Group North America. In 2007, they became the CFO of Sophos. From 2009 to 2011, they served as Chief Financial Officer of Niu Solutions Ltd. From 2011 to 2017, they were Chief Financial Officer of Thomson Online Benefits. Since 2021, they have been Chief Financial Officer of Forterro.

Paul Smolinski obtained a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of York between 1983 and 1986. Paul then went on to become a Chartered Accountant at ICAEW from 1986 to 1989. In 2004-2005, they completed a Chartered Director program at the Institute of Directors (IoD) in Business/Commerce, General.
