Jack Robertson

Jack Robertson is a Resource Geologist at Fortescue since July 2023, where responsibilities include providing leadership as a 2IC Project Geologist and creating a groundwater model to mitigate drill pad flooding. Previously, Jack served as a Geo-Environmental Scientist at Mason Evans Partnership, supervising drilling campaigns and delivering Phase I and II site reports. Jack also has experience as a Tour Guide with European Cruise Service and The Cadies & Witchery Tours, engaging visitors with insights into Scotland's history and landscapes. Academic background includes a PhD candidacy at the University of Strathclyde, focusing on barrier materials for nuclear waste storage, complemented by a degree in Geology and Physical Geography from the University of Edinburgh. Additional roles include management training and work in retail and science communication, showcasing a diverse skill set.
