Valery Teper

VP Security Research and Product at FortifyIQ

Valery Teper has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Democracy Officer at Democratech Israel. Prior to this role, Valery served as the VP Security Research and Product at FortifyIQ. Valery also worked as a Senior Security Technology Architect at Sony Semicon (IL).

Valery's earlier career includes roles at Winbond, where they served as a SoC Security Architect and Chip Design Manager. Valery also worked as a Chip Design Project Manager at Nuvoton and Winbond. Valery started their career at National Semiconductor Tel-Aviv, where they held positions as a Chip Design team leader and Chip Design Engineer.

Valery Teper completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Computers from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, starting in 1991 and finishing in 1995. In addition, Valery obtained a certification in Cryptography I from Coursera Course Certificates in July 2016.
