Yuchen Zhou

Yuchen Zhou is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in network product security and certification processes. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Fortinet since May 2021, Yuchen focuses on the development of security features and government security certification. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Lead at Cisco, overseeing secure platforms and various security certifications, as well as a Principal Software Engineer at Ciena, focusing on Network Access control planes. Yuchen also held a Technical Lead position at Cisco for the Data Center Switching Group and served as a Sr Manager at Dell Technologies, leading projects in data center virtualization. With a foundation as a Sr Engineer at Cisco, where multiple patents were awarded, and as a Technical Manager at UTStarcom, Yuchen has accumulated extensive expertise across a range of networking technologies. Yuchen holds a Master of Science degree from The University of British Columbia.
