Robert Deschamps

Robert Deschamps has extensive experience in the electricity service sector, currently serving as the Manager of Key Accounts at FortisAlberta since May 2003. Responsibilities include enhancing relationships with key clients in the oil, gas, industrial, and renewable energy sectors, as well as educating customers about tariffs and the Alberta power industry. Previous roles include Supervisor of Project Relations and Distributive Energy Resources, where Deschamps contributed to the integration of distributed energy resources into the company's distribution system, and Supervisor of Customer Relations, overseeing communications and customer service enhancements. Deschamps has also held positions focused on stakeholder and retail relations, complaint resolution, and project assistance.
