Andi Jing

Andi Jing currently serves as Senior Director of Executive and Equity Compensation at Fortive since March 2024. From December 2014 to March 2024, Andi held the position of Senior Principal at Mercer, working with a diverse range of industries including retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, professional services, technology, and financial services, with notable clients such as Fortune 500 and Russell 3000 companies. In this role, Andi specialized in projects that involved compensation committee support, incentive plan design, IPO readiness, M&A support, and compensation structure analysis, while advising clients on compensation trends and governance. Andi's prior experience includes various roles in consulting and compensation analysis at Acquis Consulting Group, Hay Group, and McKinsey & Company. Andi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
