Kieran Hardy

Kieran Hardy is a Client Support Specialist II at FORTNA since July 2023, with a solid background in IT application support. Previous experience includes roles as an IT Application Support Technician at SSI Schaefer UK from June 2019 to June 2023, and as a SaaS Middleware Specialist at both Zellis and NGA Human Resources from January 2019 to January 2019 and February 2017 to January 2019, respectively. Kieran also served as a SQL Server DBA and worked as an IT and Customer Support Assistant at The IPC Group for a brief period in September 2016. Starting as an Applications Support Apprentice at NGA Human Resources from January 2015 to August 2016, Kieran gained experience with SQL and Oracle systems. Early career experience includes sales assistant positions at ST Neots Emporium and Pepe's Fancy Dress, complemented by a Level 3 IT apprenticeship from 3aaa and a BTEC Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production (Games Development) from Huntingdon Regional College. Educational qualifications also include Business Studies and GCSEs in Mathematics and History from Longsands Academy.
